LET DOWN YOUR GUARD
RELEASE YOUR BREATH
Create time to stop DOING. Make room to start BEING.
Hi, I am Jamie.
I am the owner of Front Street Yoga and Humble Warrior Counseling and I have been wandering and wondering for as long as I can remember. More honestly, I have been longing. Longing for something that could hold what I could not name. Something steady enough to meet the kind of pain that arrives in the body before it ever becomes language.
And then I found Yoga.
Front Street Yoga is a breathe-to- heal,
breathe-to-move,
and breathe-to connect studio.
We offer unique classes, workshops,
and retreats.

"Jamie has a way of making you feel safe, seen and understood. I believe that Jamie’s authenticity is her magic. It’s very rare that strangers can come together in one space and leave feeling fulfilled and part of something greater than themselves. In just two short days Jamie created a community that allowed me space and time to process stagnant energy that I didn’t even realize I had been holding onto."

"The Yoga Therapy Workshop that Jamie hosted in November was exactly what my soul needed. I didn't expect to be so moved by this experience. Everyone touched my soul so deeply - and everything shared in that sacred space will be a part of me forever. Truly an honor and a gift."

"It was evident that she took great care and detail when planning the retreat. It was clear that intention and love poured into everything from the specific yoga movements to the music and to the way she makes you feel welcomed and safe."

"Jamie is beyond skilled at creating a safe, genuine and fulfilling experience, and she is beyond skilled at walking beside you as you heal. I am counting down the days till the next one and until then I have continued my own at-home self-care and self-love practices. This is the first time in my life that I have stuck with therapeutic practices from a retreat, at home."

Front Street Yoga in beautiful downtown Boise is built with deep awareness of breath, bodies, and real community. In May, we’ll be offering a range of yoga classes—from vinyasa and power to restorative and yin—taught by teachers chosen for their warmth, skill, and ability to meet you exactly where you are. Beyond daily classes, Front Street Yoga is also home to our signature 200-hour YogaTeacher Training, rooted in philosophy, mental health, and trauma-informed practice.
Jamie, owner and licensed clinical professional counselor, offers private counseling and women’s yoga therapy healing groups, and more. We also host Girls on the Mat, a community-based program that supports girls through movement, breath, and shared space, with bi-monthly planned gatherings.
We’re grateful for this community, for the chance to practice together, and for the simple superpower of showing up again and again. See you on your mat!
Front Street Yoga Teachers
Our collective of teachers offer their full presence with their heart-felt offerings. At Front Center we have a wide variety of intersecting modalities and styles of teaching. Philosophy of the Yoga Sutras, spiritual psychotherapy, Yoga Nidra for migraines.
Our offerings are unlike any other! The FSY community provides students more than asana, we give them YOGA.
Marcy Galvez, 500-Hour RYT, LMFT
Marcy is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Breathwork Practitioner. She is passionate about guided yoga classes that allow for nervous system regulation as she recognized over the years as a therapist, that the embodiment of self is what really allows for healing to occur...not just talking or thinking.
She loves creating slow, intentional classes that allow for stillness, safety, reflection, and a sense of community. In a world where the pace is fast and often disconnected, I strive to hold space to allow all of us to just BE. She also love infusing yoga classes with Reiki! Marcy is the owner of Blue Hummingbird Counseling & Wellness, just down the road from Front Street Yoga.
When Marcy is not teaching, she loves her morning meditation practice, a great cup of coffee with friends, tending to her plants, and keeping an eye out for hummingbirds.
Adriane Dellorco, 500-Hour RYT, LMFT
Adriane Dellorco (RYT500) has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years and loves creating welcoming classes where students of all levels feel comfortable. Her teaching blends gentle hatha, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra, helping students slow down, downregulate their nervous systems, and leave class feeling calmer and more grounded.
Adriane is the founder of Yoga for Migraine and a certified Pain Reprocessing Coach, specializing in making yoga accessible for people with chronic pain and health conditions.
Outside of yoga, Adriane has been a professional belly dance performer and instructor and spent a decade teaching in public schools..
Becca Mitchell, 200-Hour RYT
Becca completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Shanti Yoga in Boise in 2013 and has been passionate about sharing the practice of yoga ever since. Her vinyasa classes focus on linking breath with movement while creating a supportive, welcoming space for students of all levels.
She also practices Thai bodywork, and truly believes that touch can heal.
When she’s not teaching or practicing yoga, Becca can be found outside soaking up the sunshine, paddle boarding on the water, laughing with friends, or curled up with a good book.
